Groundbreaking: The Total Golf Playground at Boca West Country Club

We are thrilled to share that Boca West Country Club has officially broken ground on the complete renovation of Golf Course 1, a centerpiece of our ongoing partnership with this premier South Florida club.

As reported by TAPinto Boca Raton, this project is part of Boca West’s ambitious $95 million Capital Improvement Plan. Our design for the reimagined Course 1 focuses on creating a "total golf playground," introducing dramatic elevation changes and rolling terrain—features rarely seen in the region—to provide a more strategic and visually compelling experience.

Beyond the 7,300-yard championship layout, the renovation includes a new 9-hole short course with yardages ranging from 70 to 110 yards and an expansive 65,000-square-foot Himalayas-style putting course. As Jason Straka noted during the groundbreaking, this project is a tremendous opportunity to enhance a premier course while introducing entirely new ways for members of all skill levels to experience and enjoy the game.
